NOTES:
The locomotive is listed and named "S-13" to coincide with the Railroader numbering system
Made for UMM will not work with railloader
made in 2-3 months, was going to have a small box car and combine caboose but due to sickness irl stuff etc. the box car will be post-poned, the comboose will be added in another mod pack ill be making.

if you see a livery mod made by "Amber"/"robos15989" then they already have my permission to release as long as it does not contain the "Bundle" file.
