Reworked the switch for 2024.6.6+ to accommodate new wye
Works on main AND experimental, it auto-selects the proper version (2 different versions in 1)
Properly set group-id so tracks are locked until Sylva is unlocked
Set track speed limits (Berk can stay on the rail at around 25 mph on 2024.6.6+ version)

Added a switch to the west end of the Sylva yard to connect to the mainline.
Install using RailLoader, drop the zip file onto the exe.
