Adds a Clone of the F-71 Santa Fe with a Streamlined casing that is based on a Union Pacific 4-8-2 streamliner

F-71 Santa Fe Streamliner
This mod adds streamlined version of the F-71 Santa Fe With a custom P-48 tender based on a Union Pacific 4-8-2.
Because of how i design this streamliner (Being i designed the UP version first) It isn't paintable and has a couple colour presets

Orange
Blue

Each locomotive will show up in the buy menu as "RLW Streamlined F-71 (Colour name)". It's priced the same as the normal F-71 even with a the P-48 tender.
Besides the tender from the P-48 the power and everything else is the same as the standard version, just with a detail models body shell added extra bit of flair.
Sadly the Body shell will pop away at distance, if this happens its not because the mod is broken its just something I've yet to figure out how to prevent, zooming back in will make it reappear.
At a later date ill uploaded a custom skin version of the Pennsy Coach Project that match the these streamliners.
