Adds the option to add livery decals to the GP9
Adds the ability to place a nickname on the sides of the base game diesel cabs, below the numbers.
Update 1.1: Now includes the ability to add livery details to the GP9 (SD7 and SW1 in the works)
Installs with UMM, requires Lego's Library of Stuff and Lego's Logos and Decals.
