Add some Yard Sort configuration with CLB11's Yard Sort Mod
Dillsboro vanilla Yard sort
- Version 1.0
Bjorn's Bryson interchange yard mod :
- A hump sorting for Bryson Central Yard (need rework)
- A Sort yard for the same Bryson Central Yard (usefull for long block trains).
-1.1 add definition conflicts
- A sort yard for the interchange

Bjorn's East Whittier Yard Revamp :
- A sort yard for the North yard (where the original interchange lays)
- 1.1 Correct some errors and add definition conflicts
- 2 sort yards for the south Yard, can be sorted by both sides, sorting lenght at each side shortened to reduce swiching time.
- 1.1 add definition conflicts
