This mod takes voice lines from Snake in the metal gear solid 2: Sons Of Liberty. Some voice lines have others mixed into to add a bit of humor.

These are Voicelines of Snake Pliskin from Metal gear Sons of liberty. This mod is for Judge the main character so you are in control of the commands. I plan on adding a more serious version.
Instructions: Extract the file, open the file, copy all of Judge's original file lines, and add it to a blank folder (unnecessary if you made a backup of Ready or not), Open Local files, Click Ready or not> content>vo>SWATJudge, Clear current voice lines, Copy and paste all Snake Mgs2 files in the now empty file for Judges vo.
