First Official Release.
This mod replaces the default textures with NYPD ESU Textures. This Includes: Custom Patches, Custom Uniform, Custom Vests. It has a lot of nice accurate NYPD Patches, and also features multiple different custom vests. This Mod is the final iteration of NYPD ESU by me!
