A new shield model that replaces the original shield. based on the Panther Ballistic Shield
I created two versions,
1st: no monitor (more realistic. only recommended for multiplayer or AI SWAT Officers)
2nd: with monitor (less realistic but with more visibility)
both with a version with the swedish police sticker
PS: the no monitor version has a visual bug that I couldn't solve
