Changes default HRT marked helmet to FBI marked helmet

Mod changes the default "HRT" marked helmet to an "FBI" marked helmet. Marking is a multicam background with white FBI lettering. This texture replaces the helmet markings on the multicam and tan SLY Aeroframe helmet, this is the supporter edition helmet. This does not change any markings on the supporter edition plate carrier, this mod is only a change for the helmet. Place pak file into Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\Paks

I may add different colored versions (ex. yellow lettering, black lettering) in the future.
