This mod uses civilian/suspect heads to change the heads of Swat officers.
PS: this mod doesn't work with mods that change the 3D mesh of Heads
Known issues:
some heads have some defects on the neck.
In singleplayer mode, some men may still appear. Even with all heads installed.
