Alright, listen up. We’re heading back into the projects for a joint op with ICE — codename: Operation ICEbreaker. Our primary goal is to dismantle a cartel-run hub operating out of Floors 4 through 6. This is a targeted strike focused on organized crime: arms trafficking, digital exploitation, and human trafficking. We're not here for everyone, but if they get in the way, they go down with the rest. Stay frosty.
Mission Objectives:
Secure Entry & Control the Perimeter – SWAT leads the breach. ICE locks down exits. No slip-throughs — everyone gets checked.
Target Criminal Elements – Focus on cartel members, traffickers, and tech operators. Apprehend when possible.
Shut Down the Server Farm (Floors 4-6) – Illicit data center running cartel communications and camgirl trafficking ops. Expect resistance and barricades.
Rescue and Secure Evidence – Recover any trafficked individuals. Seize weapons, hardware, and especially client lists.
Locate Viktor Kross – Mid-level administrator for cartel vice operations. Runs the digital smut ring and trafficking logistics. Suspected of keeping two phones — one burner for personal use and one encrypted for cartel contacts. Secure both.
Additional Intel:
Lower floors have been recently evicted. Tensions in the area are running high due to deportations and ICE sweeps. Crowd control will be critical — angry locals may interfere.
Barricades expected. The building is compromised with makeshift traps, limited visibility, and debris. Locals are dug in like ticks.
Community leaders have gone missing. Possibly silenced for speaking out or resisting cartel influence. Recover any evidence linking disappearances to ongoing operations.
Cartel presence is confirmed. Armed and dug in. They're expecting trouble, and they won’t hesitate to fire.

Description: White male, 6’0”, medium build, bald. Dresses professionally — usually in a shirt and tie to blend in. Comes off like middle management, but don’t underestimate him.
Role: Oversees forced adult content production, manages trafficking logistics, and coordinates digital assets for the cartel.
Weapon: Carries a .357 Magnum — not flashy, but deadly if he’s pushed.
Status: At large. Likely to flee or hide if compromised. Detain and secure all electronic devices on his person.
