Why did you put the attachment file that you wouldn't even use?
The folder has "Rifle_MAWL" and "BP_Optic_SRO_PistolT9"
But the dots and lasers that are actually being applied
"BP_Optic_SRO_Pistol" and "BP_Flashlight_InforceWML" -
I think the laser pointer is a bit off centred when having the gun a tilted. The laser shows you are pointing at the head but it shoots slightly above

I like it, but can you speed up the rate of fire? The Tec-9 is known as a bit of a spray gun.

The TEC-9 was originally semi-automatic, so any conversion to fully automatic would hence be illegal or done under a CLASS II/III in the U.S. As such, there's not a lot of data due to this, only guesses. A lot of this depends on springs, mass of the bolt, etc. That being said, in full auto with a high fire rate would almost be impossible to aim with any sense of accuracy without a stock or push strap. If you've ever fired an automatic pistol/SMG of any kind without a stock (MAC-10/11, Uzi, Beretta 93, Glock 18, et al.) then you'd realize quickly it's damn near impossible to hit anything past the first shot.
