Adds tattoo designs to the visible forearms of the SWAT operators.
Tattoos are mirrored on both arms and are visible in both first and third person views. First person tattoos will feature a different design to third person tattoos for variety.
Applying this mod over another character/uniform re-skin will result in your operator's shirt appearing as the default black combat shirt of the vanilla SWAT uniforms.
