Adds the LSPD SWAT patch by Crussong to the SWAT 99 Shirts and Pup SWAT mod by BeYkeRYkt.

Simple Mod that replaces the LSPD 1999 vanilla patch to a propper SWAT patch by crussong. It always bothered me that the patch said LSPD instead of SWAT and has a random date that would make no sense on an uniform, doesn't even match the vanilla SWAT patch on the G3 shirts. Patch made by crussong, and also replaces the patch on the Pup SWAT mod by BeYkeRYkt in order to have no conflicts since the mod also uses these textures from vanilla.
Please don't make requests for different agencies, feds, model edits etc, unless you are willing to commission a texture mod. I make retexture mods strictly for my game and share it as a courtesy. My interest is LSPD SWAT with black gear and blue uniforms. So please only requests that would "vibe" with my current work and style. Thank you.
