Changelogs
Version 2.2
Changed HVT voice line since he is unmasked and has no lipsync. Removed gloggles completely.
Version 2.1
Added Level 4 armor to all suspects. Disabled goggles for now as unfortunately there is a RoN bug with some accessories and the new surrender animations.
Version 2.0
Updated to DLC2. Reworked with new helmets very similar to what was worn on SWAT 4.
This mod has nothing to do with AI configs, it only changes the suspect models.
I just recently finished SWAT 4 for the first time, and to celebrate I decided to bring some of the factions to RoN.
First module is made for St Michael's Medical Center Remaster, but is fully complatible with Neon Club (including graffiti vandalism change to a generic one). Uses SWAT 4 suspect voices from Astral's AI. Gear and weapons are made to replicate the faction as best as possible, with parts of the loadout being based on the vanilla SWAT 4 and others on SEF. Now using the new bump helmet from DLC2 as it is almost the same model as it was used on SWAT 4.
Second Module is a mix of Army of Faith and generic trained militia/domestic terrorists from SWAT 4 for Coastal Grove Medical Center. Too bad Mt Threshold Remaster is not updatedk to RoN UE5 so picked the next best option for a medical theme. Credit to Beykerkyt for the base M81 MLO texture, recolored to Urban colors as in SWAT 4.
