Fixes Amos Voll face texture incorrect directory, also changes the default texture to more accurately reflect his police photo
Fixes Daniella Voll very low quality face texture and also makes her resemble the character on the posters
Updated some of the low quality civilians models with higher quality party girls from Dark Waters
This is an alpha version and contains the following bugs that I am in the process of pinpointing:
Amos Voll's hands are very dark
Sometimes one of the characters will show up as a headless default swat model
