Take back what was once ours.

A map made for the Mapping contest 2.0, alongside the amazing mr eman! We started late into the contest with an ambitious goal, and despite the hurdles along the way, we hope we made a map you all enjoy!
Those of you who are familiar with the original station may find some familiar callbacks to certain features.
Note that this is not a CURRENT station replacement, it is a combat-centered map.
Mission Brief:
After the raid on Costal Grove Medical Center, and the LSPD's failure to capture of Zahir "Qadamah" Asadullah alive, investigators found two electronic devices left behind by the suspects. One was on one of their bodies, and the other in what was believed to be one of their planned escape vehicles that didn't get properly torched. FISA reached out quickly for the pair, and with combined efforts from LSPD cyber teams, we now have a solid lead on the main cell for The Hand on the West Coast.
Senior officers here have probably already recognized the address on the plan- it's our old station; "Los Sueños Centennial Station." Apparently, these bastards came through and took it over after that good-for-nothing construction company flooded the place and left it to rot. As big as a shit show as this is, it means we have an advantage we normally wouldn't, and that's why we're the ones who'll be clearing out this rat's nest: we already know this place. They're bound to have dug in and changed things, but at the end of the day, that station was once ours, and we know it damn well.
Installation:
Unzip and place the pak file in
(Steam location)\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\Paks
1.3.0 Update:
As of this update we have integrated the worldgen file for the map into the map itself. This means that there is no longer a need to download or generate it yourself (deleting the old one is not needed, as it is ignored automatically). Consequently load time after 0 seconds will be faster across the board. The SWAT AI will now properly-ish behave like vanilla maps, and shouldn't be completely useless as commands will work normally now. Also double doors now behave properly, instead of two single doors.
Please let us know if there is strange behavior for SWAT AI, since the worldgen setup is manual and of course there may be a mistake. They are still not perfect, as the vanilla game has issues with them on the current patch that are beyond our capability to solve. Example: you may need to get them to fall in then re-issue the order if they get stuck trying to enter a door.
It is also possible that a new issue with sound or sound occlusion may have appeared for this version, particularly around doors. Please let us know if you hear any irregularities of the sort.
Known Issues:
- After taking the gun(s), their magazines may be duplicated and floating in the mirror. It seems that we resolved it for the host, but may still occur on clients.
- Minor clipping of the hat into the camera after taking it, then looking downwards or certain animations. The hat has another issue where the prompt to take or return may flicker in and out. We will look into a solution in a later version
- Plus any current patch issues for the game as a whole. There are plenty, trust us.
Please report any major bugs/issues you find in the bugs tab so we can see and hopefully fix them faster.
Notes from the authors:
- Please enable world decals and set post process as high as you can in the advanced graphics settings. The map is meant to be played with those at max.
- We have elected to use almost entirely baked lighting for the sake of performance, so that as many people can have a pleasant experience on the map as possible. This means you will not be able to see very many dynamic shadows from the map lighting. Similarly, we have also chosen to not use ultra high res lightmaps to save on file size.
- When taking one of the guns from the locker, it should auto equip it into your hands. However, this does not mean the gun you brought into the mission is lost. Press 1 repeatedly to swap between primaries, or hold 1 and use the scroll wheel to do the same.
