US Coast Guard Maritime Security Response Team (MSRT) are counter-terrorism teams of the US Coast Guard trained to be the first response unit to potential terrorist threats, deny preemptive terrorist actions, execute security actions against armed hostiles and/or non-compliant threats, participate in port level counter-terrorism exercises, execute tactical facility entry, and conduct high risk Visit, Board, Search and Seizure (VBSS) operations. Duties include detecting and if necessary arresting submerged divers. MSRT was established as part of Coast Guard Maritime Safety and Security Teams (MSST) created by Department of Homeland Security in 2002 as a counter-terrorism force to protect strategic sipping, high interest vessels, and critical infrastructure as quick response forces capable of rapid nationwide deployment via air, ground, or sea in response to changing threat conditions and are part of the Coast Guard's Deployable Specialized Forces.
For the DLC this is the most likely actual team to respond to a harbor/off shore emergency in most large US ports.

Park Police softshell jacket (Cerro Torre)
**100% Compatible with Fugitive Task Force, Gang Unit, and CHP packs. Does NOT replace stock LSPD or HRT assets to allow for the many other packs that
do.
AVP better vests remastered is not required but strongly recommended (won't look the same as mine without it).
