Replaces character skins and ballistic shield skin with Slovene Police Special Forces skin

Tried to recreate as much as I could. I can't find the exact font used on riot shield.
Pack contains all the textures and ballistic shield.
Judge's and Eli's helmet still displays "POLICE" while the rest display the correct text. Also not sure what causes Eli and Judge to not have proper text.
To get realistic loadout use HK417 or MP5, sidearm can be either Beretta or Glock. In real life they mostly use Sig P226 but Glock and Beretta are also standard carry issue by Slovene police.
