The effect of rain ON SCREEN seems to be broken. It should be white, like on the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game.

    for me it sometimes happens when i save but saving again and loading sometimes fixes
    i would really love a fix it looks like black mold infested my monitor

    Unbelievable! When I first looked at the black raindrops, I thought about this mistake in the game. Exactly the same problem exists in GTA IV
