This mod loader allows you to replace any rpf file in the game.
Simply copy the rpf file you want to replace into the kml/rpf folder
This is especially usefull for people on the Rockstar Games Launcher version, since the Launcher will frequently delete all of your mods.
Your RDR installation folder should contain these files:
ScriptHookRDR.dll
dinput8.dll
kml.asi
kml/rpf folder
