I made a promise to myself that , after playing Starfield and Baldur's Gate I'll be picking up on this one. It's a great game and I have not even played it fully to the end yet
Great looking pics and I might have been to that fortress on the hill ( third pic from below) . Not sure though if that is an existing one

It's a great game and it's always enjoyable to return to it time and time again. That fortress at the top of the canyon is in "Mexico".  It's not within the boundaries of the vanilla game. But there are some cheats that allow you to travel there. So yes, maybe you ventured there. It is possible.

Thanks. The graphics and the LOD are very good on the canyons, buttes, and cliffs.

Arthur and RDR2 shots, yay!!!!  Fantastic set (and like others) and I love the moonlight run down the tracks.   Thinking about hitting the trail again with Arthur (I did start a new game, but at this point I have no idea what he's done and discovered, so better just to start over).

Thank you. I'm glad you liked it. Do you use the IGN Interactive Map? It helps me a lot. Well, have fun in the snow.

Thanks much. That one is obviously the favorite. I'm glad I included it. As you may know, I really like silhouettes.

Thank you. That one seems to be the favorite. As I'm playing it's often hard to remember what challenge/quest I was doing, when all I want to do is rein up and take some pictures. Arthur doesn't seem to mind. Oddly enough, he likes bird watching.

No such thing as "nothing special" about your images. They're always special. But you are too modest a man to toot your own horn These are very beautiful. Two of them brought me back to Vermillion Cliffs, Marble Canyon and the Colorado river

Thanks. Yes, there's a river that sets the southern boundary of the game area. Kind of like the Rio Grande in some locations and in others more like the canyons and bluffs that you mention.  We've camped in Kanab, UT a couple of times. If you took US 89 to Zion or Bryce, you would have passed through. Anyway some beautiful red rock and granite buttes and bluffs. (Oh, and I just remembered Red Rock near Vegas.) Anyway, yes, there are lots of beautiful canyons, cliffs, and mountain areas in the game.

All  those shots are great and drip untold stories but the railroad night horse riding caught me best. Love the atmosphere!

    Fine work!

Thank you. Yes, the graphics are great for night shots. In general, when the moon is out, the environment is a little brighter than some games, but the bloom, the glow, and reflection from shiny objects is super.
