Makes special and stable exclusive horses available to find and tame in wilderness

A simple mod which makes special and stable exclusive horses available to find in wilderness.
- Horses spawns at rate of 8%, meaning that about every 12 "normal" horses, the mod spawns a special one.
Customization
- You can modify the rate and the horse models the mod spawns from the Horses.dat file.
- If you modify the list of horse models, make sure there aren't any spaces and that the model names actually exist. Use this as a reference: https://github.com/femga/rdr3_discoveries/blob/master/peds/peds_list.lua
Installation
- Download and install AB's ScripthookRDR2: http://www.dev-c.com/rdr2/scripthookrdr2/
- Make sure you have an asi loader, you can download from here: https://www.rdr2mods.com/downloads/rdr2/tools/9-rdr-2-asi-loader/
- Copy *WildHorses.asi* and the *WildHorses* folder to the game's root folder.
