All I wanted was the ability to hold more than 5 of something. The save sits at around 27.7% completion BUT I haven't really done anything. I obtained a few trinkets and talismans as a result of my numerous hunts but it's still very, very early Chapter 2. I think the only side quest that I started was for Marjorie but I could be wrong.. I didn't make a list. The camp has a few cosmetic upgrades and all but maybe 3 upgrades done in the ledger and that will be reflected in both Arthur's and the camp's wallet(lol).
Suffice it to say, hardly anything has been done or started mission-wise and now you can hold EVERYTHING. A huge help for the rest of the game if you ask me. I could never find a modded save that doesn't make money pointless or simply has everything... making everything pointless. Hopefully it helps and you enjoy the rest of that great story that YOU make happen your way without a totally modded save.
Just drop it into your profile with the rest of them. Uses slot 15 but you can always rename it.
*One thing I forgot to mention is that this was done on the Ultimate Edition. Starting you off with a faster than usual horse and the Volcanic Pistol on other versions of the game, I think.
