There's a folder there with the name as the instructions. If you have lml, there should be a stream folder; if not, create one. Put what color you want (the folder) inside the stream folder.
I did that and it kinda added the outfit. but there's another problem, and it's that the outfit is not equipped randomly and I have to open rampage trainer and equip it from there, so is there a way that solves this?
