The point of this script is to add some polish to something Rockstar left uncompleted, probably because of time or bugs. Throughout your time playing the game, there's a good chance you stumbled upon peds with dual holsters, yet they only carry one sidearm. This script will give those peds their proper offhand sidearm and allow them to dual-wield. This script is only intended to work for ambient peds, not for the actual characters, which Rockstar already planned for them to have dual sidearms.
