Simply replaces the unshaken soundtrack from CH5 with the end credit song from TWDG Season 2 Episode 1, I played through all those games recently and love the song, I'd say it fits pretty well too.
It doesn't replace Unshaken from the end of Chapter 6, just the one that plays as Arthur rides to Shady Belle after Guarma.
