Installation
  • Install Lenny's Mod Loader.
  • Copy all files from the lml folder to the lml folder in the game's root directory.

Once installed, start the game to enjoy dual Portuguese and English subtitles.

If the installation of the mod as I described doesn't work, or if using the modmanager to install this mod is unsuccessful, you might want to try the following more detailed and manual steps to add the mod. This is how I manually added it.

  • First, on the mod's webpage under the FILE tab, select MANUAL DOWNLOAD (the button on the right). After downloading, you will get a zip file.
  • Extract this zip file. Inside, there will be a folder called "Dual Portuguese and English Subtitles."
  • Go into the "Dual Portuguese and English Subtitles" folder, then into the "lml" folder, and finally into the "stream" folder.
  • Copy all the files from the "stream" folder.
  • Open the root directory of the RDR2 game, find the "lml" folder, and go into it.
  • In the "lml" folder mentioned above, there should be a folder named "stream." If there isn't, create one manually.
  • Paste all the files you copied into this "stream" folder.
If you have accurately followed the steps above and the mod still doesn't work, I suspect there may be a conflict with another mod or that the lml wasn't installed correctly. You can provide more information to help me debug, and I'll also improve the mod based on your feedback. What you can do to help me:

  • Tell me the version of lml you are using.
