This fixes the duplicate and incorrect peds used in some of the Jailbreak cutscenes you'll see when you get arrested in the open world
One jailbreak in valentine uses 2 duplicate strawberry deputy peds, now the cs_valdeputy and s_m_m_valdeputy are used
a jailbreak in strawberry uses 2 of the same strawberry deputy 02 peds, now the other deputy is deputy 01
A jailbreak scene in the epilogue uses a card dealer ped instead of an actual lawman ped (also fixed abigail mounting an alligator when you replay the scene through rampage)
