Ammo quantity rebalance to be more "realistic" and difficult i guess.

I didn't ask for permission for the original authors to post this, because i made it initially for myself only, but, i felt that i could save someone's time with this.
So, basically the new ammo counts:
Revolver:
- Regular:
- Box quantity: 12 per box;
- Value: $ 2,50;
- Cap: 30;
- Upgrade: 0;
- Split Point:
- Cap: 60;
- Upgrade: 0;
- High Velocity:
- Box quantity: 12 per box;

Note: The Bow and Varmint Rifle where unchanged, i almost never use then anyways.
Installation:
Just unzip the file and put on the main directory.
It will overwrite the catalog_sp.ymt from Red Dead Offiline.
