Fixes the shader for Micah's gold teeth so that they actually render as gold.

Rockstar's texture artists gave two of Micah's front teeth gold properties, but the shader assigned to them by the 3D artists doesn't render metal.
This mod separates the gold teeth from the rest of the model and gives them a metallic shader.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Originally only available in Micah with Glasses.
