You should download WhyEm's DLC and Online Content Unlocker to get the Fenton Dress, I forgot which one but either one of them for sure.
So... Here's how you need to install the mod:
Just put the "lml" folder inside your main game folder.
If Fenton can do it, anyone can do it.
