About this mod
an RDR2 settings config file for GTX 1650 users (or other similar performance GPUs) who don't care much about 60 FPS and just want a good-looking game
40+ FPS most of the time, without using any FSR2 slop (you can choose between Vulkan or DX12 API)

All the images are captured using a GTX 1650
Place system.xml inside C:\Users\Your UserName\Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Settings

Note:
I'm using Best TAA and Visual Effects and Graphical issues fixes with this config
I'm also using 4k Upscaled Stars (4k upscaled stars only works with Vulkan API)
If you have another GPU and want to use these settings:
Create a commandline.txt file in the game's directory where RDR2.exe is located
Paste this command into the text file: -ignoreDifferentVideoCard
Other mods I'm using:
Higher Resolution Hair Textures
Longer Days (set to 1 hour full cycle instead of 48min / 2.5 in both day and night time)
Fix Toggle Run On Keyboard
