to install just drop, CS_ABIGAILROBERTS and META_BASE_ABIGAILROBERTS INTO the stream folder

If she doesn't appear you need to use rampage, you got to go to spawner options then peds then go to hijack ped and type cs_abigailroberts then go to ped deatbase click on abigail and go to outfit variation then pick an outfit.
How to install you will need lennys mod loader and rampage you put the stream files into your lml stream folder
