This is a very interesting game that I'd recommend above all to anyone who has already experienced GTA. It's mainly about a bank robbery, with the population's low purchasing power and lack of alternative ways of making money. If this were real life, there would be the possibility of small loans of less than $200, as https://fitmymoney.com/200-dollar-loan/ talks about. All in all, it's a game and I don't think such chaos would exist in today's world, given all the security provided by the States.
