This mod buffs the damage of melee weapons and special melee weapon mods to be closer in line to gun/mod damage values

This was a request from multiple people on FB and one person on Nexus (shoutout to egoxxl for requesting the Relic Dust/Lumenite Shard). This mod allows you to craft Iron->Simulacrum at dwell.
