Resident Evil 3: Nemesis / Biohazard 3: Last Escape - 1080p Upscaled FMVs
Combining both Flowframes and Topaz Video Enhance AI. I've managed to upscale RE2's FMVs from 480p to 1080p. 1080p is the maximum resolution the engine can handle without slowing down playback which also causes desync issues. This mod uses Resident Evil 2 MP4 Movies (Sourcenext) as the base.
Installation:
Drag and drop all three folders near the "bio2 1.10.exe" and "ddraw.dll". These will overwrite the original movie files, make sure to back them up if you wish to keep them!
