About this mod
This mod greatly increases the difficulty of the game, and sets many new challenges to overcome, such as MORE ENEMIES, Enhanced Boss Fights, No Difficulty Adjustment, Some Moved Item Locations and much more! Do you have what it takes to survive? NON-RT ONLY!!

ANY difficulty can be chosen as desired, with Assisted being closer to Standard Difficulty, Standard is closer to Hardcore, and Hardcore being its own new thing with punishing difficulty. ANY scenario also can be chosen. Good luck!
Difficulty and Recommendation
I HIGHLY recommend Standard Difficulty for a first run. Hardcore can be quite brutal in some areas, especially due to slightly less Ink Ribbons. Don't forget, Standard plays nearly like Hardcore!! Hardcore is even tougher than before. You have been warned.
ASSISTED plays closer to the original Standard due to the Max Game Rank, making it a choice as well if Standard is still too much. Don't be ashamed to choose whichever difficulty suits you!
The mod is meant for a New Game on any difficulty, with no Bonus Items/Weapons, but it is up to YOU to choose how to play.

Bosses
Bosses have now been changed to offer a greater challenge. Although their HP was not changed, many other factors have been changed for the battles. Thisone in particular was quite intense on Hardcore...

Not only is there different enemies, there are MORE enemies around the game. Careful planning and item usage is necessary. Save that ammo and sub-weapons, you may not know where you may need it more...

Versions:
There are two versions of the Mod:
The Non-RT version is for the DX11 Branch of the game, explained below on how to do so.
The NIGHTMARE-Minus version is for NON-RT is to keep difficulty adjustment in the game. This version is EASIER!
NOTES:
- Not everything could be changed, due to either softlocks, crashes and other issues, so some things are kept the same as they were in the regular game :)
- The map does NOT always mean an area is complete. This is due to the fact Item IDs are shifted when some items are placed entirely in a new area.
- IMPORTANT: There is a chance MR X will NOT move the helicopter, causing him to just run into it. This was not caused by Spoiler:as I had removed one and they still had this issue. I'm unsure as to WHY it is this way, but to fix it, eitherShowtwo MR X
