A script mod that improves the manual flashlight by incorporating controller support, providing accessible settings, and implementing a battery system.

- Added a new 'Dimming' option which is on by default.
- Fixed an issue where the flashlight wouldn't turn off when the battery level reached zero.
- Massively improved the Battery UI it is now dynamic and has proper color feedback based on the current battery level.
- Removed some UI elements.

Controls:
- K&M: [PRESS] Z
- Gamepad: [HOLD] LT (L2) + [PRESS] LS (L3)
*You can change the controls in [REFramework > Script Generated UI > Flashlight Settings]
Battery:
- While the flashlight is on, its battery level will start to deplete, when reached zero the flashlight will turn off.
- The battery will automatically recharge when the flashlight is turned off.
Flicker:
- If the battery level drops below a certain threshold, the flashlight will start to flicker.
