Changes Mr. X's footsteps sounds to that of Cell from Dragon Ball Z.
THIS IS FOR THE "DDX11 NON-RT VERSION" OF RESIDENT EVIL 2
Works with BIORAND and any mod that doesn't change Mr. X's media bnk file.
Installation: DO NOT EXTRACT! Drag the .zip file into Fluffy Mod Manager's mod folder. (Fluffy Mod Manager -> Games -> RE2R -> Mods) Then enable inside the mod manager itself.
