This was Suggested to me by my good friend linkthehylian so thank him for this Majestic booty Man
it replaces the default Carlo With Noir RE2 Outfit :3

UPDATE 7/7/2024 -
Hey, it's link. EvilLord has given me permission to update this mod for the RT version of Resident Evil 3. If you use that version to play the game, the mod is now fully compatible with it.
I also made some small changes that will be listed below:
- Deleted unnecessary submeshes that were part of the model (only three are actually used)
- Redirected where textures are being read from, EvilLord was originally replacing existing textures which caused the boot texture to look like this
