FEATURES:
- Imported Alpacalypse's model to RE3 with slight alterations to improve its quality and make sure it fits Jill's body
- Textures have been upscaled since their resolution in REsistance wasn’t great and were also cleaned up to remove the various stains / dirt marks
- Custom textures have been made for dirt / stains, meaning that Jill’s outfit will get dirty as you progress through the story, just like the official outfits
- Added materials so the skirt and boots are made out of leather and the tube top / shirt around the waist are made out of cotton
- For more coherence, Jill will now find her gear after finding the police officer’s body on the streets
- Reused physics from REsistance for the shirt around her waist
- Jill will get bloodstains when attacked / attacking enemies, and properly wet when entering water
- A new picture for the costume selection screen
- Two main versions are available at the moment: the default file reuses the same colours from REsistance, while “Classic Jill Resistance (1999)” aims to recreate the colour scheme from the classic game (based on Jill’s renders)
ISSUES:
- Only for RT : I haven't been able to convert a file properly from the non-RT version of the game (pl2000.jcns). As a result, the front of Jill's skirt doesn't really move which results in stiff motion and clipping through the legs... It will be fixed *if* the right tool becomes available to convert the file!
- Clipping should be minimal while playing (at least in non-RT), however, due to how camera works during cutscene, you'll occasionally see her torso clip through the skirt / legs... If you happen to know how to mod camera angles/zoom during cutscene, please PM me to see if I can get rid of this!
ADD-ON (for non-RT and RT): Radio Hider (by alphaZomega) to hide the floating radio on her hip (affects all the outfits and works during cutscenes and radio conversation during gameplay)
CREDITS / SPECIAL THANKS:
- NSACloud for allowing to properly mod RE Engine games with Blender now (so no more issues with the UV2 channel causing issues with bloodstains)
- alphaZomega for allowing me to upload his "Radio Hider" mod as an add-on and for enabling physics during cutscenes thanks to his “Cutscene Physics Enabler” mod (here, I simply used the file from the cutscene where Jill kicks a zombie out the lift to reach the top of the parking garage to solve some clipping)
- Chiarav for all her precious help and advice
- EvilLord for sending me Alpacalypse’s assets
- IRockGuy, Angecalo and Belltam for their continuous support
