About this mod

Replaces all of the Resident Evil branding with the Biohazard one. DX11 and RT Patch supported.

Permissions and credits

1. DESCRIPTION

This mod replaces anything that uses the Resident Evil name by its Japanese counterpart including the title screen and the intro cutscene.
Supports both DX11 and RT Patch releases.

Note that this mod was made using the same method as my RE to BH2R conversion, thus providing a 1:1 experience compared to the Japanese version without having to use a Japanese .exe.

There's two versions to choose from: 
  • Original: features the original Biohazard logo and intro cutscenes, as used in the Japanese version.
  • Cleaned Up: same as above with all legal mentions (Bottom copyright text & trademark logos) removed, for a cleaner look.

I don't think there's any more Resident Evil branded text and textures in the game, but do let me know if you spot any and I'll try to find and replace them. 

2. INSTALLATION

I strongly recommend using Fluffy Mod Manager.
