For already active playthroughs, it is recommended to use the Ultimate Trainer, which will give you the "Leon /w Handgun" charm.
Leon starts with the Punisher, new Attache Case Silver effects and the Leon w/ Handgun Charm. The Charm has to be equipped at the first Typewriter if you want to use them.
The Attach Case Silver focus now on enhancing the ammo crafting for the first types of weapons (Handgun, Shotgun, Rifle) you find. So the case didnt alter youre looting if you want to do a single weapon type run.
The Leon w/ Handgun charm now provides the enhanced Handgun ammo find effect.
