I'm sorry, but I won't be uploading them since the mods aren't mine. It's pretty easy to swap the textures around though. All I did was rename and move files from one folder to another.
Sorry it's been so long to reply! No, you don't need RETool do to this edit. It helps to sort the textures, but you can do it by sight in your file manager if you know what textures you're looking at.
Download both Luis and Krauser's mods and install Luis' with the mod manager like usual. Then unzip both mods to separate folders on your desktop. Be sure to keep the full file structure intact! It should be natives\STM\_Chainsaw\Character\ch and natives\STM\streaming\_chainsaw\character\ch and then into the separate numbered character files. You only need the LowerBody and UpperBody textures from the 000 folder in _Chainsaw and the 00 folder in streaming/_Chainsaw from Krauser's mod. Rename only those six texture files from those two folders of Krauser's mod to match Luis' file names. Put the renamed textures into the corresponding folders of Luis' mod and let them overwrite. Copy the whole of Luis' natives folder from your desktop into your installed mod's folder and let it overwrite and you should have it.
I keep a copy of the edited Luis mod saved separately and, since I have no idea how to make an actual working mod to install it with the manager, I just copy it in manually after I install the original. It won't break your game doing it this way or anything, even if this isn't the best way to install a mod. If it doesn't work you should only need to reinsiall the regular mod and all should be well.
I scanned the mod when I downloaded it from this link two months ago three times with three different virus/malware scanners and found nothing. I also redownloaded it just now and scanned it again and still found nothing.
I looked at the textures with the Resident Evil modding tools to match them up, then renamed Krauser's files to Luis'. I had installed Luis' mod first and then just threw my renamed textures into the game's natives folder to overwrite. It took a while and was probably not the best way to do it, but it worked! And it's about all I can do to mod this game XD
