- Added 'convert_rgba_to_AGBR' function to easily convert RGBA values to AGBR

- Removed yellow asterisk for key conflicts
- Added 'check_kb_key', 'check_mouse_button' and 'check_pad_button' functions for testing if an input is down by name directly
- Added 'check_doubletap' and 'check_hold' hotkey checkers, for seeing if an action is being double-tapped or held down
