Installation:
This mod requires the Fluffy Mod Manager to work! Download it here: https://www.fluffyquack.com/
Download, Unzip, and launch the mod manager.
Choose Resident Evil 4 Remake from the game list.
Click on "Options" on the right side.
Click on "Open game folder" just to make sure it recognizes the game is in the right file directory, you can close folder when done.
Click on "Open mods folder"
Unzip "Resident Cooper" and place the unzipped folder into the Mods folder. (Do not open or move anything in the Resident Cooper folder)
Close the mods folder window and check the mod list in the mod manager.
Click "Refresh mod list."
You should see "Leon (1)." Click on it and flip the little switch next to "Resident Cooper" to install it to the game.
Click "Launch Game" in the mod manager.
When you start the game, go to the in-game settings and TURN OFF HAIR STRANDS for everything to appear correctly.
