Handgun Ammo => All weapons can be reloaded indefinitely without using the ammo items in your possession
Green Herb => Aim assist can be used regardless of game mode (difficulty)
Soldier Dynamite => Increased drop rate for gunpowder (+25%)
Soldier Stun-rod => +100% attachable mines craft bonus frequency
Soldier Hammer => Greatly increases the power of melee attacks (+30%)
J.J. => Increased drop rate for resources (L) (+25%)
Don Pedro => +50% ammo resale value
Don Diego => +25% weapon resale value
Don Estaban => Increased drop rate for handgun ammo (+25%)
Don Jose => Increased drop rate for red herbs (+25%)
Don Manuel => 50% off resources
Leader Zealot => Increased drop rate for pesetas (+25%)
Zealot w/ Scythe => 50% off knife repairs
Zealot w/ Bowgun => +100% bolts craft bonus frequency
Zealot w/ Shield => 50% off body armor repairs
Isabel => +50% health recovery for vipers

If you're not seeing any changes in-game, do this:
1 - Uninstall all RE4 mods from Fluffy Mod Manager
2 - Click Re-read game archives
3 - Install mods again
