I looked at PAYDAY 3's rendition of Jacket and I was like, "hmmm Jacket's outfit could fit on Leon" so I went right ahead and did that.

Installation Instructions (Make sure you have Fluffy Manager 5000)
- Extract the RAR file to Fluffy Manager 5000\Games\RE4R\Mods
- Open Fluffy Manager 5000 and click on the mod's name and make sure it installed in the bottom left corner log
- Run the game and enjoy
