Start the game with Leon's Matilda instead of the SG-09.

The Merchant will have the Matilda Stock available for trade immediately (still costs 12 spinels).
I've included an optional addon to lower the Matilda's starting firepower and ammo capacity, as its base stats are quite frontloaded (presumably to compensate for how late in the game you obtain this weapon normally).

- Changed the firepower upgrade path from 1.30 -> 1.40 -> 1.60 -> 1.80 -> 2.00 to 1.00 -> 1.30 -> 1.60 -> 1.80 -> 2.00
- Changed the ammo capacity upgrade path from 18 -> 21 -> 24 -> 27 -> 30 to 15 -> 18 -> 21 -> 24 -> 30.
